Q: What sizes do you offer?
A:  All our Collections are available in sizes 14 to 24.

  • Tease Prom:  select styles available to size 32
  • Sydney's Prom:  select styles available to size 40
  • Michelle Bridal:  select styles available to size 32
  • Sydney's Bridal:  select styles available to size 40
  • Sydney's Evening: select styles available to size 40
  • Celebrations:  select styles available to size 32

A: We've earned a fabulous reputation for our perfected fit that flatters the curves of full-figured teens and women. Remember, if you can zip the dress you can sell it!  View our Size Chart.


BUY A DRESS

Q: Can I buy dresses online?
A: Starting in January 2017 Authorized Retailers can purchase dresses online using a credit card only. 

 

RESERVE A DRESS

Q: Can I reserve a dress online?
A: Yes,  Authorized Retailers can reserve a dress for 48 hours.  

 

CHECK STOCK

Q: How do I know if a style is in stock?
A: You can check stock online or you can call our office at 314.344.5066 during regular business hours. We’d be glad to check inventory for you and take your order on the phone.

Q: Is the online stock check live?
A: Yes! Remember, you must be logged into your Authorized Retailer account to check live inventory.

Q: What if a style is not in stock in the size and color I need?
A: Call us at 314.344.5066 to check if:

  • you can place a Special Order for that style. 
  • if the dress is Discontinued.  
  • the style is on re-order in the size and color you need and can ship in time for your customer's wear date.


PRICING & PAYMENT

A: AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover

Q: What other forms of payment do you take?
A:  C.O.D., PayPal, and wire transfers.
Starting January 1, 2017, the C.O.D shipment fee is $13.00 USD.

Q: Do you offer Terms?
A: Terms reserved exclusively for established customers. 

Q: Do you have up-charges?
A:  Yes, for sizes 34+, please add:

    • Prom - $30.00 USD
    • Bridal - $40.00 USD
    • Social - $30.00 USD

A: Orders typically ship within one business day of payment.

Q: Can I use my shipper account?
A: Yes! Please call us to make special arrangements.

Q: When do you ship Prom stock orders?
A: Start ship date is 12/31.  Complete ship is 2/28.


Q: When do you ship Bridal and Evening stock orders?
A: Start ship date is 12/31. Complete ship date is 3/31.


Q: Do you drop ship?
A: Yes, we drop ship Continental US only for $15.00 USD an order.
